Amber and I have been having a good, busy weekend. We had our first over-night guest (Catherine Bargainnier) at our new condo on Thursday.
Friday we traveled to Athens, hung out with a lot of different friends (which was an excellent thing for us! Great to see all of you!) and Amber helped throw a shower for Jamie Fisher. We spent the night with Nick and Christina Brannen (see link to their blog on the side pannel) and went to a Young Life tailgate with them Saturday afternoon. We got to see the Yoders there, too!
We had dinner with our elder from Perimeter (Clay Cooksey) and his family on Saturday night, spent the night in Duluth at the Case's, then went to Perimeter Sunday morning. Sunday afternoon we ate lunch with Dan & Sandy Case, came home for a couple hours and then went to Amber's parents' and visited there for a while.
Today, Amber and her mom did some work to make our back patio a little nicer. It all looks good! So, we're doing pretty well, especially after spending such good time with some many different and close friends this weekend. Thanks to everyone!
You beat us to upadating your blog! We had a wonderful time visiting with you this weekend. I hope that we can do it again soon. Michael, Nick's shoulder was sore the rest of the weekend from throwing the baseball so much with you:)
