For anyone viewing this site who does not know us, we're glad you found it. We expect most of our postings will be directed to those who do know us and are interested in keeping updated and seeing pictures, so we probably won't provide extensive background. That said, we welcome you to read our postings and e-mail if you'd like.
For all you others, thanks for checking out our blog! We hope this will be a convenient and fun way to keep in touch with our friends and family-- especially those out-of-town, or out of the country, for that matter.
Amber and I are working on "Thank you" notes for all our wedding gifts and to those people who helped in special ways. We are deeply grateful to all our friends and family who attended our wedding, braving the fierce ice storm. Maybe we can work together on a posting that will share stories from that weekend, but for now, thanks to all who shared our worship and celebration with us!
Speaking of weddings, this past weekend we joined friends in Wrens, GA for Jenna (Milburn) and Doug Teachey's wedding. The time with friends, again, was wonderful; the ceremony was beautiful and the whole weekend was God-centered and encouraging. Thanks to Jenna and Doug for including us! Have fun in St. Lucia!
